I have known Marina for a year and a half - since I decided I wanted to move into one of the houses she manages. I don’t believe that there’s a better house manager in Dublin. I think that anyone who moves into a hygge rental property is very lucky.
Since I moved in, there’s been no issue - big or small - that she wouldn’t pay attention to. When our kitchen sink got clogged, she arrived within a few hours, brought a solution and left the pomp for future use. When I asked for tools for the house, she brought them without charge. When one of our clothes dryers broke, she replaced it within a day. When the washing machine or the toaster broke, she ordered the handymen to bring new ones that same week.
Marina has been an incredible house manager, but she’s also succeeded in achieving her goal as a designer - creating the hygge experience at our home. Our common area is full of fluffy pillows and fun games - it's great to hang out with your flatmates.
